Workout is Bad for Eyes

I had problem of Blood vessels breakage in retina of Eye. It got recovered after few laser setting. Last time I did laser in December 16. That time doctor told don't lift heavy weights. Still I can few blood drop in retina. But now I want to start Gym for Workout & Fitness Goal. Is it will affect my Eyes again. Any drawback of going Gym on Eyes

Hello A. I don't think if gym will affect blood vessels of retina B. Having said that,it is very difficult to comment without knowing the exact diagnosis..so I would recommend you to take permission from your treating ophthalmologist
