I have actually facing that problem last 2-3 month, but now this pain becomes critical. One of my doctor suggested that don't use ricksaw, bus and auto or other vichels while traveling because my bones are week. So please suggest me a better solution.

If you are doing a desk based job, then this pain is most likely related to your posture while sitting at your desk. If not, then you may have faulty sitting or standing posture. If the pain is getting worse and not settling with painkillers, then you may need investigations like MRI scan. Improve your posture, stay active, do Not use any belts or support, do yoga or core strengthening exercises and if you do this regularly for a few months, you will notice a difference in your back pain.
