Without fever feeling like chill

Why some times in day suddenly i have feeling like a chill. I have checked fever but its 97.4 . 4 days before my wbc is slightly elevated today again i checked its in normal control. Currently i am taking ganaton od and pan 40 for acid reflux. And before one month ago i have chickenpox. Now i am too much worried due to this. Please check my report.
