I had my consultation regarding tooth braces with dentist. She said that I need to get 4 teeths removed. I took an X-ray. It showed impacted lower left wisdom teeth. Is it possible to remove the impacted teeth as well as 4 teeths for braces in a single sitting under general anesthesia.

Local anaesthesia is always safer than general.  Is there any particular reason for undergoing general anaesthesia. Anyways do it in 2 sittings.  Impaction in one and the others in the other.

Theoretically it is possible to extract multiple teeth under general anaesthesia.... practically and preferably it should be avoided..... better go for multiple sittings for more convenient post operative period.... Regards....

Practically and clinically its possible to extract impacted wisdom and 4 premolar in local anaesthesia but there is  chances of post extraction complications . So it should be performed in 2 visits. Thanks
