White spot is due to cheese biting caused by impacted wisdom tooth. Apply mucopain gel at the affected area.if there is enough space for eruption of wisdom tooth,wait till erupts,or else get it removed.

Hie....it is due to eruption of teeth and I  can see that there is a caries occurence in ur  wisdom tooth...if u have no pain in tooth then wait till full eruption ...
