Wisdom tooth problem
My brother is having a tooth ache...it's his wisdom tooth which is trying to fall, but still is rooted. Talking, eating is becoming a problem for him. He is placed in a remote place with no dentist around. Any remedy or suggestions. Yes, medical stores are available though.

I would recommend him for a mouthwash(Betadine or wokadine), along with that he can also do warm salt water rinsing. Antibiotics & painkiller should be taken after consulting with dentist. He should immediately get an appointment with the nearby dentist ASAP. The wisdom tooth will not fall off, it has to be removed.
