Yes you could ....mostly doctors also recommend these days to get them extracted ...because they aren’t playing any special purpose...and mostly cause problems

Getting wisdom tooth removed is not mandatory in every case. Same way, pain and/or swelling are not common in all cases. First, it need to be diagnosed properly before concluding for the extraction. If it is necessary, less traumatic procedure may not cause much pain after the procedure. Minor pain can be managed by proper medication.
