Wisdom tooth issue

Hi I have wisdom tooth issue. Its tilted towards the next molar. Some cavity has started in it. Plus, I notice bleeding gums at times. I went to a dentist who examined and did an XRay inly for the wisdom tooth and the next tooth. He said that there were no visible gum bleeding, but I do feel some cut type of feeling at times on my lower left jaw. Also, it is very sensitive. Doc also said the next molar has started developing cavity and therefore will require root canal, however the cavity is yet to reach the gums. But if they operate the wisdom tooth first it may become sensitive for the next molar for further operations. So, my questions are: 1. Is there any way to save the next molar? 2. Should I get re checked for bleeding gums, or any cleaning required in that area? 3. Should I get a panoramic x ray done for full mouth? Thanks in advance.

HI Wisdom teeth is one that fails to erupt in its normal position in the given period of time CONSEQUENCES OF WISDOM TEETH: **Trismus(Difficulty in opening the mouth **Jaw soreness **Pericoronitis(Gum swelling) **Bleeding gums **Bad breathe **Erosion of adjacent teeth due to abnormal position of wisdom teeth 1. First you need to remove the wisdom teeth and then treat the adjacent teeth by Root canal treatment 2.Bleeding gums is mainly due to wisdom teeth if the bleeding is localised and if the bleeding is generalized it is due to calculus deposits..in that case you need to go for scaling(cleaning) 3.If you want to check the position of all 4 wisdom teeth then you can do OPG...if that IOPA regarding that wisdom teeth is clear then no need to take OPG
