Both the knees are non functional. Has been confined to bed for last five years. The legs are bent. Had taken for knee replacent surgery in Delhi at private and Safdarjung Hospital. The doctors refused surgery till the legs are straightened. Wife does not want to undergo the weight therapy for correction. Has been confined to bed as a consequence.
