From afternoon i am feeling gas issue continuing with Feeling of Uneasiness,Nervousness, feeling weird things in head, anxiet and some pain in left hand. Yesterday i had done dieting only consumed water dinner done at 12.00 at night. Whether the symptoms are a sign of serious issue or something else.
