Wierd feeling in vagina.

I have not been sexually active for few months and always had protection. Now, recently i feel this wierd feeling in vagina. No pain, just feels like sore maybe. But no pain. I have white discharge too. I am guessing this is not serious but i would like to know some healthy wash or medicine to use to avoid any kind of infections down there.
