If u can strictly follow right calorie Diet plan ,time ly meals as per requirement then u can manage 2 to 3 kgs of weight by fortnightly ad I v lot of own clinical experience since 16 years. So this should be the best way.free hand exercises walikg, yoga,meditation are if added with this then synergistic effects drastically.So these are always safest choices.
