Hello...it is so sad to hear that u are suffering from pain....yes u have to extract this tooth as this is forcing adjacent after sometime it may create caries in adjacent tooth...do better to extract it...

do warm saline rinses take antibiotic augmentin for 3 days( after bf and dinner) ketorol dt for pain.. after that go for an extraction
