I have widal test TO 1:80 positive and TH 1:160 positive.please suggest if this is to be considered as positive result for typhoid.

S it's positive Start antibiotics immediately consult me nw available Get RT-PCR test done also

No. This can be considered as old widal. Generally titre of TO More than 1:80(1:160 and above) is considered as positive
