Why typhoid positive without symptoms?

I recently did a blood test and it shows I have typhoid positive 1:160 and 9.9  HB I don't have fever or cough any other symptoms of typhoid. I'm just generally very tired all the time. What cloud be wrong why typhoid is positive without symptoms?

According to your query you want to know that why typhoid is positive. Actually in your case that test known as widal test and  it's titration of typhoid bacteria  And it' can show false positive also . You should do again as Widal test at different lab and Typhidot IgG and IgM as confirmatory test .

Nothing about typhoid the titre various according to region. You have low HB this must be the reason you are tired all the time Take tablet orofer XT once a day after lunch for 20days Zincovit tablet once in morning after breakfast
