You must try guided meditation if you are sceptical about the effects of meditation. While we meditate, we do start with slow breathing, but slowly our body begins to relax and loosen up. A relaxed body has blood vessels that are relaxed too, as a result they carry more blood and more oxygen to your entire body and leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to return to your day.
