Why periods not normal when no androgens

I am diagnosed with pcos thyroid hairfall and I got lh and fsh tests done both were normal just prolactin is increased then also my periods are not regular I am not having excess androgens then why is this happening can you please clarify my doubt

What's ur height and weight?rapid Inc in weight gain ,irregular or delayed menses,acne,facial hair etc indicate pcos.Pcos can not always be diagnosed by USG or blood test.its main treatment is reducing weight by diet and exercise.
