Why infection give back pain?

I'm suffering from on-off back pain due to infection (mild to moderate ). I have taken antibiotic given by my doctor for 2 days... Only mild relief. My CBC report was fine except slight increase in WBC 11400... Also my Vitamin D3 is 3... When Will I get a complete relief?

Vitamin D3 --3 value is extremely low, it needs to be replaced Cure from infection depends on type of infection, antibiotic use and comorbid illness.
