Whom to consult for herpes in Bangalore

I have an itching sensation on the skin of the penis. This continues for a few days after I have intercourse. Today, I noticed a few very small blisters on the skin in the area where the itching happens. I'm not sure if that is symptoms of herpes. I am not sure whom to consult for this in Bangalore. Please advice. I'm feeling very nervous.
