Hello. I see this forming on my skin.i wonder if its dryness in rainy season. Sharing photo for the same. Will moisturizing help ?😅😅

It is just dryness. Apply moisturizer regularly. Avoid harsh soaps and excess sanitizer. Use a mild soap like dove to wash your hands
