Red dots on penis appear and disappear on its own in a day or two . Again appears after a few days. Going on for 3 months. Taking Allegra 180 mg twice a day and Levocet 10 mg in the evening last 21 days but no progress. No itching no discharge HSV test negative. Hba1c under control.
