Hello doc , iam having white tongue from last one week after I ate outside food. Is that the cause? Should I consult doctor or does it subside on its own ? Is that a symptom of covid? I included picture of the tongue. Please guide me doctor..

Use hexidine mouthwash . But I suspect white patches in posterior aspect of Tongue although not clear.
