White tongue,fatigue,vertigo

I have taken hiv rt pcr test after 5.5 month and combo aids test and both result in negative but having white tongue,fatigue,vertigo am I risk free of hiv or not

at present  u r free from hiv.. dnt be panic... dnt co relate ur symtomps for HIV always.. it might because of other reason..
