Heligo kit is a combination of antibiotics and antacids to treat chronic gastric ulcers and prevent their recurrence by attacking the bacteria which commonly causes it called as H.pylori.
So just like with any other long term antibiotic course, the equilibrium between the good bacteria and the bad bacteria in the mouth and the GIT is disrupted. This can lead to conditions like the one that you are suffering from. And at the same time we cannot rule out the possibility of this being a fungal infection again due to the same cause.
Without having a look at the clinical appearance of the lesion, I would not like to recommend antifungal therapy for you right away.
The best conservative approach would be to clean your tongue with your toothbrush after every time you brush your teeth and also use an antiseptic mouthwash like clohex Plus or any other mouthwash containing chlorhexidine.
If the symptoms don't improve within 3 or 4 days you can visit a dentist for a proper check up so that the appropriate antifungal therapy can be instituted.
Alternatively you can post the clinical picture of the affected areas on Practo for an online consultation with a specialist.
Regards.
