For last two days i noticed that one white material in my tonsil...what is this...is there any medicine to remove this white thing..is there any thing serious..

It's tonsillolith, it's due to chronic inflammation in the tonsils. Gargle with betadine 10 ml diluted in half glass of water three times a day for 1 week then let me know, it will disappear.
