Hi, I went through your query. I am a pediatric surgeon. Well,white stools in pediatric age group is to be taken seriously. Basically colour of stool depends on bile metabolism. If baby is having lose motions associated, fever, it's better to examine baby clinically. Further radiological investigations can be suggested accordingly as per findings on examination and history taking. Regards

Is he having any symptoms like loose motions, vomiting,  fever? If not, U need to get his stool examined and only then the cause can be found
