(Re posting cuz I found it in other leg as well) Just found these spots on my mother leg. Attached pics. Encircled ones. Is this vitiligo or idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis cuz I see this white spots in both the leg but it's very tiny spots except one spot which is in the pic Also found discolouration on her lower inner lip, its slightly off white tats it. Attached pics pls check if this is idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis or vitiligo or anything else ?
