I am having white spots on at the forehead of my  penis first i thought it wasn't any problem ( 2-3 years before)but now i am having some rough white spots on the other part of my penis skin. Is this a problem?? If yes then Is this problem treatable ?? What treatment should I take ?? What type of infection is this ??
