White Spots on Skin

My sister has recently got white spots on all over her body. Sometimes these are more noticeable while sometimes not. Most noticeably the spots are on hands and does seem to be expanding around neck and chin. Her Vitamin D, B12 are quite low as we found out in a recent blood test. Please advise. Thanks!
