I have white spots on my neck and chest but no itching is there can you give me the medications that are usefull to treat this condition

Do you have spots only on neck and chest Do you have problem of dandruff too. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Brand names can't be written in open forum.
