Hi i have got white spots in my chin area and two three on my forehead Kindly guide as to how can i get rid of them Attaching the picture for your reference

It's acne...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
