Few days back I spotted tiny white spots on both my upper and lower lips. They look prominent when the skin is stretched. They are flat and appear just as white dots. I believe they maybe fordyces spot. Will it go away on its own?

No it will not go Away it’s own. It’s normal presence on lips , Buccal mucosa and even on inner surface prepuce of males and inner surface of labia majora in females . There is nothing abnormal. It can be cosmetically treated if doesn’t look good.
