White spots on glans
I am having white spots on my glans for more than a month. I wash the glans with saline water and apply cream Candiderma. That gives a relief and clears the spots for some days. But then after a few days, maybe when I am sexually active (sex or masturbation) it comes up again. Please help
You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
