I have white spots near tonsils and its increasing i have no pain yet there but i m worried i can eat drink but its growing both the sides i have attached the photo also please suggest what is this

Hello No need to worry it's not pathological... It is called tonsilar keratosis in which food particles get accumulated in crypts of tonsil.
