White spots in tonsil

I have a white spot in my tonsil, it looks like creamy white, but I have no pain or uncomfortablenes in my throat. It looks disturbing, I have attached the image, please tell me what is it and what to do for this?

betadine gargle three times a day for 5 days. Nothing to worry about.

It’s just tonsiloliths, nothing to worry. Just do salt water or betadine gargle with warm water 3 times a day after food. If it’s bothersome kindly consult ENT
