White spots in stool

From last one month, I am getting few small round shaped white specks in stool. The quantity varies from 5 to 15 as visible. Had blood in stool last month for 2-3 days but that is not occuring now(constipation). avoided spice and maida. But white spots are still there. What could be the reason and how to get diagnosed?

hello there. they could be undigested seeds of something. or just get your stools tested in the lab. they will be able to tell what it is. regards
