Hi sir I am facing a problem regarding white colour substance on tip of my pennis ..on getting cracks on tip on of d skin while taking tablets prescribed by doctor it ll gud again It starts in same

White colour substance is known as smegma. It's normal discharge over glans everyday. It can be wiped out easily with normal wash. If ur having painful cracks over prepucial skin, get ur blood sugar examined to rule out diabetes.
