Looks like herpengina, a viral infection. Does not seem like a very worrisome issue, but we should keep vigilant and monitor for new symptoms
Next Steps
Temperature charting, warm water to drink, plenty of fluids, paracetamol for fever, watch for any new symptoms
Health Tips
Consult if needed anytime, if it worsens or if any other issue

Appears to be herpetic stomatitis. Will take a week to subside. Take care of hydration, warm fluids, paracetamol. You can apply orasore gel if too much pain. Honey application is also one of the home remedy to give pain relief.
