But this white spot under the tonsil has not gone away or reducing. Please help me if that is concerning or it will go away in due time?

It's nothing to worry about. You keep on doing gargles, and it should go away. Gargles should be done after every meal.

That white spot in your throat is a Tonsillolith(good particles stuck in your tonsillar crypt which has got covered by salivary calcium over time). If it does not dislodge by gargling with Bernadine gargles diluted with hydrogen peroxide in 1:1 ratio, you will need to meet an ENT Doctor to extract it under Local Anaesthesia.
