I am having a small white colored spot on left tonsil for last 3 months. And it is not gone after anitibiotics. No pain.

You seem to be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. This condition is known as keratosis pharyngeus. You can do regular antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
