Don't worry. Erupting wisdom tooth can cause these problems. Attach a clear photograph of x ray if you have. Hello, it's going to reside by itself. It's just keratinization of the buccal mucosa due to long term friction by the wisdom tooth. Since the cause (wisdom tooth) has been removed, the mucosa will heal soon. Nothing to worry. It's just keratinization and no cancer/tumor. Take care Regards
