Dear doctor I found white spot in my beared with white hair please advise what is that?what i do further?

Hi You seem to be having depigmentation of the skin and hair. this is die to an autoimmune skin disorder. please contact a dermatologist immediately who can examine you and prescribe the appropriate skin care products and treatments to prevent further expansion of the white patches and to heal the existing patch
