From last 4-5 weeks, there's a white spot, surrounded by a dark sunburn like spot developed on my forehead. When I touch those part of my forehead, I don't feel anything on the white spot part, but I feel a little burning sensation on the dark spot part. I'm very tensed, as I don't know what to do. And yes, there's also some black coin like spots developed on my neck portion. Are they same ? Please, suggest a permanent cure for this skin problem. I'm very much concerned about my skin, but I'm feeling helpless. Please give a solution .
