Having white small pimples on my face even though i have dry skin and earlier never had pimples. The pimples are small hard and often leaves scar

Hi... pimples can develop even on dry skin. White pimples as referred by you may be white heads/white comedones. This needs to be removed by a procedure called comedone extraction. In your case , as the history is not very clear and we dont have the clinical picture you may have syringoma or milia too. These skin conditions often presents as white lesions looking like pimples. These need to be removed by a simple day care procedure such as needling. I would recommend you to visit a dermatologist for proper diagnosis of your skin condition and manage accordingly.

As mentioned visit a dermatologist. Use a mild cleanser to wash your face. Anti -acne produxts available in the market may further dry out your already dry skin. Do not prick or try to remove the pimples on your own.

Check if you have dandruff. as dandruff may leas to pimple like lesion at times . stay away from oily /junk food. Drink 3/4ltrs of water a day.
