I have attached a picture also in image please check I have 2 small white like in mouth throat right side and no where else Me doing salt water gargle from 1 day I have check fever its 98.0 Minor pain there i also feel What's this problem and how to treat this? In Delhi it's a Cold weather its my field work of Bike I drive in cold weather Bike

It seems some plaque like leison. Use Hexidine mouth wash twice daily. Maintain oral hygiene. Can go for Blood sugar check up and ENT consultation with if problem persists inspite above measure.
