White red patch in buccal mucosa since 5 months I'm very scared I have used ointment and sm fibro since past 4 month nothing resolved

This is not a simple ulcer. Most likely erythroleukoplakia / dysplastic patch until proven otherwise. Needs close follow-up + possible biopsy.

Thanks for sharing pics. Please visit an Oral &Maxillofacial Surgeon or a Dentist for comprehensive examination. Might need to do a biopsy if not already done to confirm diagnosis ,could be just pigmentation but better to rule out ,for which detailed history is necessary .
