I am having the white headed bumps on my cheek only on one spot picture placed these are not painful very small with redness and feels very small and soft when touched

It's Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
