White pimple on side of tongue

I have a white pimple type on the right side of the tongue from the past 2 days Is it caused due to heat or anything else. Have gone through surgery one month ago a right thyroid gland removal and had a lump in that. The reports are normal . Taking multivitamin tablets is it cause of the medications or heat. Kindly suggest here . Attaching the image
