I have been facing hairfall for few years and consulted many dermatologists even via practo,but they have all suggested me only nutritional supplements since they couldn't find the issue.but recently i have seen lots of white specs attached to my hair which resembles a lot like white piedra.pls suggest me remedies for white piedra
