Sir attached imaged actually I have fully coated tongue from so many years from 4 days dat coated gone at some places and became like this is it normal am really worried actually I got white sore on side of the tongue 4 days back now pain reduced w what might be the reason my tongue looks normal or not

White tongue is the result of an overgrowth and swelling of the fingerlike projections (papillae) on the surface of your tongue.
The appearance of a white coating is caused by debris, bacteria and dead cells getting lodged between the enlarged and sometimes inflamed papillae.
